But maybe not for long...at least not here. I've been contemplating the idea of changing my blogging method and starting something entirely new. I'll keep you updated if the idea takes shape. For now, here are a few pictures of life over the last few months. We'll see if I get around to filling in the details in more lengthy posts to come.
My mom came to visit
(actually, this happened right after Lincoln was born, but I never blogged about it)
We had lots of fun playing with the water table Aunt Amanda sent the boys for their birthdays
The boys became painting cats for a day...just because they wanted to
We celebrated Wesley's 2nd birthday
We visited the pumpkin patch
(and had a terrible photo shoot)
We decorated Halloween cookies, went to the ward trunk-or-treat, and went trick-or-treating with friends
We celebrated Thanksgiving with my sister, who flew in from Washington, D.C.
Lincoln grew into an incredibly smiley baby
We took family pictures
The living room was transformed into a campground for a few days
And we spent Christmas in Utah,
where the boys discovered their love of playing in the snow!
With all of the other craziness, 2013 certainly ended with a bang, but the best possible kind! We've had a fabulous year and look forward to all that 2014 holds for us (possibly a PhD?).
